Jenny here. I want to tell you why I am here and how Mindful Mule came about.

I was a young, overweight, and tired mother. The comment “Awe, when are you due?” one year after having my child was the sentence that changed my life. I had enough. Some people like to call this the AHA! moment. I like to call it the time I got my tired and lazy *%& off the couch.

3 years of making lifestyle changes had me down 50 lbs. and feeling amazing! It doesn’t happen overnight if you want it to last a lifetime. Those 3 years of changing bad habits and creating healthy new ones have given me another 8 amazing years (and counting!) of great quality living.

This all lead me in wanting to share my passion for helping others. I quit the office job, got my personal training certification, and found that being a part of someone’s fitness journey to change their lives for the better was my happy place.

Mindful Mule was created to be a safe place free of typical gym anxieties and full of positive vibes. I love being around so many amazing people that want to truly live a full and healthy life.
